our first visit to SHRI SHANKAR PATHSALA took place on 7th of July, with Seven members. It was an altogether a different experience for all of us indeed it was an eye opener. Students face the lack of standard Education, even the basic stationery  are out of reach to the students there is much to do, and far to go.There  is an urgent need for teachers in the school. Classrooms were in pathetic condition.

Words cannot define the conditions there, what we thought an easy cake to walk upon turned on to become a difficult task

It was our 1st interaction with the kids today and their state as a whole wasn't very appealing...it tore our hearts to listen to their knowledge of India having 19 states..they really need help..5 of us today tried interacting with them and at the end of the day it was a great feeling to share whatever we could....it was nice to listen to their stories or what they want to be wen they grow up.i pray to god that he fulfills all dhere dreams....guys pls try coming on Saturdays and see the smile on their faces and more importantly the eagerness to learn....it would b difficult without Ur help to bring about a change.

Guys from tomorrow the students will be giving there exams.wish them BEST OF LUCK.
